Mountain lions favorite food is deer. Bobcats and coyotes eat rats along with other small animals and sometimes deer. The trail is in San Mateo County.

I live in the Aragon in San Mateo. Every few days somebody night camera catches a lion crossing the Alameda etc, Never caught? Hurrying from the watershed to the bay. its not rocket science to catch one. This place is loaded with rats and would support the modest lion except for the carpet baggers killing the domestic cats.
